Jeannine is the Director of Compensation and is heading up the classification project for the University system. This involves collaboration with the MAUs, data analysis, and extensive research. She is responsible for compensation related issues for Statewide employees. Jeannine also oversees Recruitment and Retention and is the EEO/AA Officer for Statewide.

Responsible for assisting with the new classification project for the University of Alaska. Also responsible for job evaluations of Statewide positions in assisting with other issues related to compensation.
