As the Benefits Director, Mike is responsible for the design and administration for the health care, retirement, life insurance, and disability plans for UA employees. He is also responsible for negotiating contracts with the vendors for the University system. He assists Labor Relations with union negotiations related to benefits and can assist with interpretation of policy and regulation.

Erika is the Benefits Coordinator for the University of Alaska. She works with the MAUs, vendors, and employees on claims, plan interpretation and system errors. She oversees the leave share program and family medical leave for Statewide. In addition, she designs and distributes publications related to benefits and events on campus. Statewide employees are encouraged to contact her with questions and concerns relating to benefits.
