HR Strategic Redesign

In November 2006, President Hamilton and Chancellor Jones approved a recommendation to combine human resources services at UA Statewide and the UAF campus into one entity. As part of this redesigned HR structure, a new service delivery model will be created to provide HR services for departments on the UAF campus and for the UA system office.

This page lists documents pertaining to the HR redesign; items will be added and improvements made to this page as the redesign progresses. Formal and informal input from employees is encouraged as plans take shape. Comments and questions can be submitted by selecting Send Your Redesign Comments/Questions.
