POSITION DESCRIPTION FORM

A streamlined Position Description (PD) Form will replace the JEF. It will no longer be necessary to rewrite and reevaluate individual JEF's when a job changes. The PD Form will also be a useful tool for work planning and for providing performance feedback.

You must have Adobe Acrobat to use this form. To enter and save information please follow the steps below.

  1. Open the above link. In the Adobe format you must first download the blank form and save it on your computer.
  2. Close the browser window, and reopen the version that is saved on your computer.
  3. Work on this version, and save any changes you make under a different name.
  • If you open and work on the form without downloading first, or if you do not close the browser window and work on the copy actually downloaded to your computer, you will lose anything you have entered when you close, even if you save the document
