Executive Leave Programs
Annual Leave
New, full-time executive staff accrue annual leave at a rate of 5.54 hours per biweekly pay period, prorated for part-time staff. Executive staff earn 6.46 hours per pay period during years six through 10; and 7.38 hours per pay period after 10 years of employment.
Sick Leave
All full-time executive staff accrue sick leave at 4.62 hours per biweekly pay period, prorated for part-time executive staff.
Holidays
Executives receive up to 12 paid holidays per year. See Holiday Calendar.
Leave Share Program
Allows employees members to donate sick leave hours to employees with a catastrophic medical crisis. Check the ACCFT disability leave bank on the Labor Relations Page for more information.
Leave of Absence
Employees may take unpaid personal leave for up to one year (with the possibility of extension to a second year). See related policies regarding Family Medical Leave (which includes parental leave), Military, and Jury Duty leave policies.
