Alaska Space Grant Program Undergraduate Scholarship

Undergraduate Scholarships of up to $1,000 will be awarded through a competitive process to full-time students attending the University of Alaska. Scholarships are open to new and continuing students in the disciplines of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). An application is available at: http://spacegrant.alaska.edu. An essay, student resume, transcripts and one letter of recommendation will be required.

The ASGP 2010 deadline for submission is October 29, 2010.

Qualifications:
•    Applicants must be a full-time student in good academic standing.
•    Applicants must be formally admitted into a degree-seeking program in STEM discipline fields.  Applications are also ranked on those students interested in NASA related STEM career goals.
•    Applicants must be an incoming or continuing student at the University of Alaska.
•    Applicants must be a US citizen.
