When Doug and Gloria Stewart adopted Chip and Alex they knew they were committed to a lifelong process of overcoming a serious but avoidable disability: Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. Their hard work is paying off, but as speech pathologist Donnell Houx explains, schools are discovering it's difficult to identify, let alone aid, kids with FASD.
