You can download Acrobat Reader directly from Adobe.

To save the desired file to your local hard drive before viewing the document (which is recommended if you plan to view the document on several occasions):

1. Use your right mouse button to click on the desired link.
2. Select the "Save Link As ..." option (Netscape) or "Save Target As ..." option (Internet Explorer).
3. Save the file to your local hard drive in the directory of your choice.
4. Use the required Adobe software to open the file.
