22. Land Grant Trust Fund Management

"The Board of Regents requests that Governor Hickel and the Alaska Legislature adopt legislation transferring management of the University of Alaska Trust Fund assets from the Alaska Department of Revenue to the University of Alaska.

The Board of Regents also directs the university administration to develop an amendment to the trust fund statutes which provides that income from land leases is available for university use and not deposited into the trust fund.

This motion is effective February 26, 1993."
