| Wednesday, November 20, 1996 | |
| 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. | The Board of Regents will hold a retreat which will be in executive session in the Chancellor-os Conference Room, UAA Administration Building. |
| 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. | A dinner will be held at the Cuddy Center Dining Room for retreat participants. |
| Thursday, November 21, 1996 | |
| 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. | The Academic & Student Affairs Committee will meet in the South Wing, Campus Center Cafeteria. |
| 10:00 a.m. -12:00 noon | The Human Resources Committee will meet in the South Wing, Campus Center Cafeteria. |
| 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon | The Finance, Facilities and Land Management Committee will meet in the Lyla Richards Conference Room, Campus Center. |
| 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. | An Executive Session regarding land acquisition will be held as part of the Finance, Facilities and Land Management Committee - other members of the Board will be asked to join the committee at this time. Lunch will be served to Board members and participating staff. |
| 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. | The Committee of the Whole will meet in the South Wing, Campus Center Cafeteria. |
| 6:30 p.m. | Chancellor Gorsuch will host a dinner at his home for the Board of Regents and invited guests. Maps will be provided to guests on Thursday morning. |
| Friday, November 22, 1996 | |
| 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. | The Audit Committee will meet in the Lyla Richards Conference Room, Campus Center. |
| 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon | The Full Board will meet in the South Wing, Campus Center Cafeteria. The Board of Regents will hear public comment at 8:00 a.m. |
| 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. | An Executive Session will start at 12:00 noon in the Lyla Richards Conference Room and is expected to last two hours. Lunch will be served at that time for executive session participants. |
| 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. | The Full Board will return to the South Wing, Campus Center Cafeteria, for the remainder of the meeting. |
