The Board
of Regents, through its Planning and Development Committee, has approved a strategic planning process that will guide the university’s
continued development
through the coming years to 2009.
This process
synthesizes into a single document the wide variety of planning activities on our campuses and at the system office. Examples of the many activities and reports that
contributed to this effort include the Regents’ Issue Focus Areas,

Values, MAU self assessments, MAU accreditation reports, external
reviews, MAU financial reviews, campus master plans, missions and
measures, academic initiatives, and needs assessments.
