Alyeska Pipeline Service Company continues to be a strong supporter of the University of Alaska. The TAPS 6720 agreement signed in 2000 contractually positioned the University as a key partner in Alyeska's regulatory, technical, directed, and developmental training strategy.

UA Statewide Corporate Programs' Contract Service team serves as a single point of contact, responding to training needs identified by Alyeska employees working in Valdez, Anchorage, Fairbanks, and along the Pipeline. To meet Alyeska's training needs, UACP collaborates with the University's major administrative units and workforce development divisions to draw upon existing University expertise and to promote future University opportunities.
