UACP client partner Keith Kuipers came to the University of Alaska from the Air Force in September 2004. Keith is a UAA alumnus and spent the last 7 of his 20 years in the Air Force at Elmendorf’s Professional Military Education Center. Before instructing, he had 13 years experience in logistics.
