UACP client partner DeShana York has been with the university since 1996. She worked for UAF as office manager at Cooperative Extension Service from 1996 until February 2006 when she began working with UA Corporate Programs. While working for the university, DeShana has been an advocate for staff by participating in staff governance working to inform, educate, and champion for crucial staff issues. DeShana’s experience in outreach programming from a continuing education perspective serves as a valuable asset to the UA Corporate Programs team. She earned a B.A. in Speech Communication from UAF in 1995.
