UACP manager Bruce Rowe came to the University of Alaska Anchorage in 1990 as the registration coordinator. From 1993 - 1999, Bruce worked in UAA's continuing education division developing corporate contract training. Bruce achieved a Masters in Education with an emphasis in institutional research from Western Montana College and secondary teacher certification from Montana State University in Bozeman. His bachelor's degree in Mathematics was from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology in Butte, MT. While in Butte and Great Falls he served in Admissions and as Registrar. He has served as a SOC representative for Elmendorf Air Force Base, an educational certification officer in Great Falls, and participated in several professional organizations including the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and the Learning Resource Network (LERN).
