John Hebard was named Director of UAF Procurement and Contract Services in November, 2007.  He has 14 years of contracting experience including 12 with UAF.  John was raised in Fairbanks, graduated from Lathrop High School, and received a B.A. in Political Science from UAF.  A Certified Purchasing Manager since 1998, he also holds a Masters Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University.
