Pat has been with UA since 1991. Prior to her current position of  Vice President for Planning and Budget Development, she was the Director of UA's Budget and Institutional Research offices, and for a time managed the ITS applications programming group. Pat started at UA in 1991, as a research analyst. She has taught classes for the Tanana Valley Campus and has been a volunteer assistant coach for the UAF Rifle Team.

Pat has an undergraduate degree in Engineering Physics from Murray State University and an MBA from UAF. Outside of work she and her husband, Randy, have three children. Outdoor activities and sports of all kinds keep them busy.
