Vickie is the Director of Payroll and Benefit Accounting. She oversees all aspects of payroll, the Human Resource Systems application, and Human Resource accounting and taxation. This includes establishing, maintaining, and providing guidance on HR procedures for the university systemwide, monitoring and ensuring that the HR procedures are compliant with tax and labor laws, overseeing all HR accounting and remittance functions, and monitoring and providing cost projections for the UA benefits programs. She provides leadership and direction in all aspects of the HR system application including decisions regarding strategic planning, development and direction of the HR application, and chairs the HR application team to coordinate Human Resource processing/procedures with HR representatives throughout the UA system.
