Jeannine is the Director of Compensation and is heading up the classification project for the University system. This involves collaboration with the MAU s, data analysis, and extensive research. She is responsible for compensation related issues for Statewide employees. Jeannine also oversees Recruitment and Retention and is the EEO/AA Officer for Statewide.
