Health Plan
The university offers a comprehensive health care benefit that includes medical, dental, pharmacy and vision coverage. The UA Choice health care plan features three levels of coverage—economy, standard and deluxe—and an opt-out provision for employees with other coverage. Annual plan deductibles vary based on the level of coverage selected.

The UA Wellness Program provides a variety of wellness activities. Employees
