Weekly challenges will get progessively harder as the weeks roll on.
Week 7: June 18 - June 24 This challenge is (still) worth a bonus of 500 steps per day.
• Rest week....Just do the basics PLUS one more push-up! If people are following along - there will be more included in the "Top of the World Club"!
Moday June 24th there will not be a Monday reminder. Check out the coordinator's travel blog for updates!
• Bang back one 8oz. glass of water every morning, first thing, when you wake up. (Drink it with that vitamin pill, cholesterol pill, the high blood pressure or anti-depression meds, calcium pill or you baby asprin...whatever it is....just drink it!)
• Drink 1 liter (34 ounces) of pure water
• Do a minimum of 10 push-ups "Man, when you can do 10 push-up you feel like you are on 'Top of the World'." Nile Mueller Ladies - when you can do 10 in a row and guys when you can do 20 email me. I've started a "Top of the World" list!
• Do a minimum of 22 crunches
• 5 minutes of stretching after your exercise or walking routine! How to stretch your major muscle groups.
Once again - E-mail me about your goal and I will list it here (once I get a group of them!) to give others ideas to form their own!
